At MODA FOOD, we believe that the only thing better than a pint of local craft ale is a gourmet, Michelin-standard burger to go with it. That’s why we are incredibly excited to announce our brand-new partnership series with some of the finest local pubs in the region!

Starting this month, our artisan trailers will be popping up in pub courtyards and beer gardens near you. We’re bringing our signature "High-Performance Hospitality"—the same quality we serve in the F1 Paddock and to the Royal Family—straight to your local "local."


Why Pubs? Why Now?

The British pub is the heart of the community, but even the best pint needs the perfect plate. We’ve signed several exclusive contracts to provide curated pop-up dining experiences on set dates throughout 2026.

For the pubs, it means a fresh, ever-changing menu for their regulars. For you, it means enjoying a Wagyu Heritage Burger or a Garden State Vegan Special in the relaxed, cozy atmosphere of your favourite watering hole.


What’s on the Menu?

While each location might feature a few "Pub Specials," you can always expect the MODA essentials:

  • The Wagyu Classic: Premium British beef, truffle-infused mayo, and aged cheddar on our 48-hour fermented brioche.

  • Artisan Sides: Rosemary-salted fries and handmade citrus slaw.

  • Seasonal Surprises: Keep an eye out for menu items inspired by local ingredients and the specific ales on tap at each venue.

Our pub residency dates are limited and often sell out fast! To make sure you’re in the right place at the right time, we’ve made it easy to track our movements:

  1. Check the Web Calendar: We’ve updated our [Official Website Calendar] with a full list of upcoming pub pop-ups.

  2. Follow Us on Social Media: We post "Live Location" updates and daily specials on Instagram and Facebook. It’s the best way to see which trailer is heading to which pub this weekend.
