Founded by Chef Damian

 

Moda Food was founded over 15 years ago by Chef Damian, whose career has been shaped at the highest levels of professional hospitality.

 

Damian trained in 2 Michelin-star kitchens, refining a deep respect for ingredients, detail, and precision. He later went on to serve as Head Chef for the London 2012 Olympic & Paralympic Games, delivering food at scale for one of the world’s most demanding global events.

 

This unique combination of fine-dining discipline and large-scale operational experience defines everything we do today.
