Fueling the Passion at Ford Fair: Moda Food's Airstream Takes Silverstone by Storm

Last weekend, on the 10th of August, the iconic Silverstone Circuit was buzzing with the roar of engines and the gleam of polished chrome for Ford Fair 2025. This annual event, now in its 39th year, is Europe's biggest and most electrifying Ford show, bringing together over 5,000 cars and 18,000 "Blue Oval" fanatics for a day of adrenaline-fueled track action, drifting demos, and stunning displays. From immaculately restored classics to the latest performance and modified motors, Ford Fair is the ultimate celebration of all things Ford.

Amidst the high-octane excitement, there was another kind of spectacle drawing crowds: the gleaming American Airstream food trailer from Moda Food. We were thrilled to be a part of such a vibrant event, serving up delicious food and drinks to the passionate crowds.

Our menu was a massive hit, particularly our signature Mac 'n' Cheese. This wasn't your average mac 'n' cheese; we elevated this classic comfort food with a selection of tasty toppings. Our customers loved the options, which included our delectable smoked pulled pork and perfectly crispy southern fried chicken, all generously drizzled with a rich BBQ sauce and topped with crunchy fried onions. It was the perfect hearty fuel for a day spent exploring the vast array of Fords and enjoying the on-track action.

In addition to our mouth-watering food, we kept everyone refreshed with a selection of classic Coca-Cola drinks, a perfect pairing for our flavourful dishes.

Moda Food, with its roots in premium catering and a history of serving at high-profile events like Glastonbury and working with major corporations, is no stranger to delivering exceptional culinary experiences. Our American Airstream provides a unique and stylish backdrop for any event, and we were proud to be part of the unforgettable atmosphere at Ford Fair.
