High-Octane Hospitality – Our Incredible Launch with Cadillac F1 Team!

What an absolute rush!

If you’ve been following my journey, you know I live for the "sharp end" of hospitality—where precision, timing, and quality aren't just goals, they are the only standard. This past week, we reached a new gear as MODA FOOD took the lead on the catering for the Cadillac F1 Team launch event, and I am still buzzing from the energy!

Precision at Every Turn

Formula 1 is a world built on milliseconds, and we brought that same "pit-stop" mentality to our service. Our mission was to provide a culinary experience that mirrored the Cadillac brand: Powerful, Sophisticated, and Bold.

The feedback was incredible. Our guests—who are used to the very best global hospitality—were blown away by our professional approach and the "Olympic-standard" precision of our team. Whether it was our signature sliders or our artisan barista service, every plate and every cup was delivered with the same discipline we bring to Silverstone and the Royal Family.

The 2026 Season is Gearing Up!

This event was the perfect "green light" for what is shaping up to be our busiest season yet. We have a calendar packed with high-octane clients, from the prestige of Chester Races to the massive crowds at Silverstone and several exclusive stadium residencies.

The MODA fleet is ready. My team is fired up. We are taking "Royal-Standard" street food to the biggest stages in the world this year, and we are just getting started.
